Brick by Brick started in Dec 2020. The owner/Main inspector Jeremiah Chieze has been in the industry since 1998 with a background in pest control (10yrs), house flipping (5yrs largest flipper in So Cal), new builds (5yrs with Lenar), and a Licensed Real Estate agent (11yrs). Since Brick by Brick started Jeremiah has completed over 2500 inspections including residential and commercial. Brick by Brick Home Inspections takes a lot of pride inspecting every home like they are inspecting it for themselves.

What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a thorough, non-invasive inspection of the home including Roof, structure, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC( air and heat). Also includes doors, windows and minor cosmetics.
Does the Home Inspection include mold, termite or sewer scope?
A home inspector is not licensed in any of these fields and performs the inspection to inform you on whether or not you need further evaluation in any of these areas.
How much is a home inspection?
The cost of a home inspection is based on Square footage and property type ( Residential, commercial, multi-unit) also add-ons like pool/spa. Base price is $325. Brick by Brick will match or beat any reasonable pricing.
What areas do you cover?
We're based out of Corona, CA and will travel 120 Miles in any direction before charging a small distance fee.
How long does it take to get my report?
The report is emailed immediately after the inspection is completed.
