What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a thorough, non-invasive inspection of the  home including Roof, structure, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC( air and heat). Also includes doors, windows and minor cosmetics.

Does the Home Inspection include mold, termite or sewer scope?

A home inspector is not licensed in any of these fields and performs the inspection to inform you on whether or not you need further evaluation in any of these areas.

How much is a home inspection?

The cost of a home inspection is based on Square footage and property type ( Residential, commercial, multi-unit) also add-ons like pool/spa. Base price is $325. Brick by Brick will match or beat any reasonable pricing.

What areas do you cover?

We're based out of Corona, CA and will travel 120 Miles in any direction before charging a small distance fee.

How long does it take to get my report?

The report is emailed immediately after the inspection is completed.

Do you inspect manufactured homes?

Brick by Brick inspects all types of livable structures including manufactured homes.

Do you inspect pools and/or spas?

Yes, Brick by Brick has a (limited) background in pool construction.

Do you recommend a home inspection on new construction?

Yes, new construction can have just as many issues as older homes. Highly recommended.

Do you inspect basements and crawl spaces under homes?

Yes, it is very important to see the structure, plumbing and other aspects of the foundation.

Do you give price estimates for repairs found during the inspection

Yes, depending on the item a price quote can be given as well as referrals for some trades who can do repair. No referrals are recommended without Brick By Brick seeing work done by referred trades.
